This policy explains what cookies and local storage Influboard uses, why, and how you can control them.
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. We also use local storage — a similar browser-based mechanism that stores small pieces of data on your device. Neither tracks you across other websites or identifies you personally.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Required |
|---|---|---|---|
| Session token | Local storage | Keeps you logged in to your Influboard account. Without this, you would be signed out every time you close the tab. | Essential |
| ib_consent | Local storage | Remembers your cookie preferences so we don't show the cookie banner on every visit. | Essential |
| UI preferences | Local storage | Remembers small interface settings like your billing cycle toggle (monthly vs yearly). Makes your experience smoother across visits. | Functional |
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any cookies that follow you across other websites.
Essential storage is required for the service to work. You cannot opt out of these without losing core functionality (like staying logged in).
Functional storage improves your experience but is optional. You can reject or disable it at any time using the cookie banner or by contacting us.
When you first visit Influboard, you will see a cookie banner where you can accept all, reject optional cookies, or manage your preferences individually. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for influboard.com.
To clear local storage manually in your browser: open Developer Tools → Application → Local Storage → influboard.com → delete the relevant keys.
We do not place third-party cookies on your device. Our payment provider may set their own cookies during the checkout process — these are governed by their own privacy and cookie policies.
If we start using new cookies or storage types, we will update this page and notify users by email where required.
